Leads or Contacts to CRM

In some case when a new customer fills out a form, you’d want to add them as a Lead in your CRM. Since you are tracking this with Segment already, FunnelFox can take the data directly from Segment and create the Lead for you in the CRM. If you’d like to create a Contact, that’s possible too. We’ll create an accompanying Account and make sure everything is in the right place. Make sure all your leads are in the CRM, without having to think about it.

While this information is readily available in marketing and customer success, sales reps often are not aware of pages a customer is visiting on their website. Knowing that a customer is reading up on your solution can be essential and the mere fact that the customer is on the website shows there is momentum.
