How do I set this up?
After you install FunnelFox into Chrome or Outlook, you will see the sidebar next to your inbox. You can sign up or log in directly in the sidebar. After that, all you need to do is connect your Salesforce account and FunnelFox will load all information automatically. It will show you your latest tasks, inactive accounts, as well as news on your assigned accounts without requiring any further setup.
What tools do you integrate with?
We seamlessly integrate with almost any email provider:
- Gmail
- Office 365
- Microsoft Exchange
- IMAP
We also have a deep integration with Salesforce and have a number of data partnerships to provide account enrichments, sales triggers, and prospects.

Do I need to give access to my email?
No, you can use FunnelFox without providing access to your email account. The sidebar will work without issues, although Data Sync (syncing of emails and meetings to Salesforce) will not be available.
Do you store my data?
No, we do not store your data. While we process data from Salesforce and in some cases your email and calendar, we do not store it on our servers.
